It's all about ME.

Not the Democrats or Republicans

Not the Christians or the Atheists

Not the Men or the Women

I see things through MY eyes and I am the one that lives with MY MIND every day.
I don't have to take responsibility for how other's have harmed or neglected me. That's THEM.

I do have to take responsibility for how I deal with my wounds and my history. I can't take this on all by myself. It's too much for any one person. I need help. If I don't heal, I am destined to repeat the cycle of depression, anxiety, addiction, harm, and blame.

The results will be evident in how I feel about myself, how I treat others, and how I view the world.

I can't run from the results. I will be confronted by them every moment of my life.
