HEY, I'M BRYCE BAUER!
I've been sober for 18 years, traveled around the world, fought in the cage, built a business, and led over 1000 men's groups.Â
More importantly than that, I'm a normal guy who strives to be the best husband, son, brother, and friend I can be.
I started my coaching journey in 2009 with The Coaches Training Institute, and this has been my career.Â
I can't fix your car or your house, but I can help you fix your relationship with yourself and those you care about.
Outside of my coaching practice, I love to travel with my wife, play sports, be outside, and spend time with friends.Â
I've trained with some of the best. My mentors include top experts like Ellen Boeder, Terry Real, Tej Steiner, and Jayson Gaddis.
What will my first call be like?
Â
All you have to do is show up without distractions. We will spend a little bit of time getting to know you and then move into the group process. It's not that difficult. You'll get the hang of it and everyone is here to help.
